Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. You may pay online using our secure system or, using the paypal system which is a worldwide recognised internet payment system. You may also make payment by direct bank transfer and postal orders, both which must be in Great British Pounds. When choosing to pay by direct bank transfer, our bank details will follow by email. International postal orders are accepted provided they are in Great British Pounds; these are available at most Post Offices.

The prices are shown in British pounds.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, If we have inadvertently under-priced treatments, readings or shop items, or we are no longer able to supply a particular treatment, tarot reading or item for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

Orders are despatched out within 24 to 48 hours unless otherwise stated. Postage is a standard charge of £1.95 within the UK, All items will be sent out by 1st class post. Orders over £40.00 are free postage. Parcels do have to be signed for, we do realise that this can be inconvenient and therefore will deliver to a work address or a neighbour if requested to do so.

 Delivery Schedule

We make every effort to send your order out to you within 1 - 2 working days. All items are in stock unless otherwise stated. All items are sent out by 1st class registered post or internationally signed for if outside the UK. Most items within the UK arrive within 1-3 working days but delivery schedules are dependent upon Royal Mail once your items have left Simply Charming.

NB: Please note that although many items arrive within 1 - 3 working days, items are not deemed to be lost within the UK until 15 working days has passed since the date of delivery. Items outside the UK can take up to 6 weeks.

Guaranteed next day delivery can be arranged at an extra cost.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If there is likely to be a delay of more than 10 days or so, you will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, payment is directed through the ssl server to the PayPal system. For security issues regarding this system please visit www.paypal.com. 

Crystal Measurements

Sizes shown on website descriptions are approximate sizes, although measurements are taken, this allows for minor discrepancies in how we measure items and how you may interpret the measurements on arrival. For example - We measure with a soft tape and the measurement is taken over the surface of the item. In items such as eggs where there is a bevel in the crystal, this may lead you to think that we have measured your item wrongly if you later measured your item along a rigid ruler.  

Gemstone Jewellery

Sizes shown on website descriptions are approximate sizes, although measurements are taken, this allows for minor discrepancies in how we measure items and how you may interpret the measurements on arrival. All pendants come without a chain unless specified in the write up. Chains and thongs can be purchased as a separate order item.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the shop goods you receive you may return them unused within 7 working days for a refund or gift voucher to that value.

To obtain a refund to your PayPal account you must contact us within 7 working days of receiving your parcel. If you do not contact us within this time scale, we will have replaced your item in stock and therefore will only offer you gift vouchers to the value of your item. An damages must be reposted within 48 hours of receiving your goods to obtain a duplicate item 

Returns are sent at the customers expense with no refund being given for postage and packaging. It is recommended that all returns are returned to us by registered mail so that proof of posting is obtained and a signature is needed upon receipt. This proof of postage will be required should you need to make a claim in the event of a parcel being lost in the postal system. No responsibility is taken for items not being returned to us by Royal Mail or other postal operators.

All rings are stated as the size in both UK and USA sizes. We do frequently state that rings can be altered by a reputable jeweller, however if you make the purchase and you cannot find a jeweller to alter the ring in your particular area, the ring may be returned if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods.
